Try ListifyAI free — 20 credits →Etsy lets every seller export their data for free. This dashboard reads four kinds of file:
File names usually start with EtsySoldOrders, EtsySoldOrderItems, etsy_statement or EtsyListingsDownload. You do not need to rename or edit them.
Start with the fee breakdown: if Offsite Ads or Etsy Ads take a large share of a low-priced item, check whether that item still makes a profit with the fee calculator. Then look at your best sellers — new variations of a proven listing are usually a safer bet than a brand-new product. Finally, refresh or retire listings that have not sold in months.
Nothing is uploaded. The files are read by JavaScript in your own browser and never leave your computer. Closing the page clears everything.
In Shop Manager, go to Settings, then Options, then Download Data. Under Orders, choose Orders or Order Items, pick a month and year, and click Download CSV.
Download your monthly statement as a CSV from Shop Manager, Finances, Monthly statements, and drop it into this dashboard. It groups every fee by type and shows the share of your sales it takes.
Yes. Download each month and drop all the files together. Orders that appear in more than one file are counted once.

Yes. The dashboard uses the currency in your files and understands amounts written with a decimal comma.
