In short: we collect what we need to run your account and your AI generations, we never sell your data, there are no ads, and Google Analytics only runs if you click “Accept”.
1. Who we are
ListifyAI (listifyai.guru) is an online toolkit for Etsy sellers. For any question about your data, write to listifyai.support@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account: email address, name, password (stored only as a hash), plan and credit balance. If you sign in with Google, Google only shares your name and email address with us.
- Usage history: for each paid generation, the type (listing, photo, video…), the credits used, the date and time, your IP address and browser. It protects accounts, prevents abuse and is our evidence if a payment is disputed.
- What you submit: the product photos and text you send to the AI tools, to produce your result.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive the payment status, amount and your email.
- Free tools: the text you type is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. Your IP address is kept in memory for at most one hour to limit abuse.
- Newsletter and free guide: your email, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Account emails: with a free account you get a welcome email, a few tips during the first week, a note when your free credits run out and at most one reminder if you stop using ListifyAI. Each has a one-click unsubscribe link; password-reset and payment emails are always sent.
- Etsy shop connection (only if you connect your shop): your Etsy shop number and name, and the access keys Etsy gives us, stored encrypted. With them we read your active listings (titles, tags, descriptions, photos) to score them, and we change a listing on Etsy only when you click “Apply on Etsy”. Your listings are read live from Etsy and are not stored by us; we never see your Etsy password. You can disconnect at any time from the “My Etsy Shop” page, which deletes the keys; you can also remove access from your Etsy account settings.
- Audience statistics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
- To secure accounts, prevent fraud and answer payment disputes (legitimate interest).
- To measure which pages and tools are useful, with your consent (analytics cookies) and to send the newsletter you asked for (consent).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not track you on other websites.
4. Service providers
Your data is processed by these providers, only for the purposes above: Anthropic (text AI), OpenAI (photo AI), fal.ai (video AI), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (emails), Google (sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”), Etsy (only if you connect your shop) and Google Analytics (audience statistics, only with your consent). Some of them are based in the United States; these transfers rely on the safeguards they provide (EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
5. Cookies and browser storage
- Essential: your login session and your cookie choice are kept in your browser. They are needed for the site to work.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga…) are set only after you click “Accept”. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- No advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Usage history: 24 months.
- Etsy connection keys: until you disconnect your shop or delete your account.
- Payment records: 10 years, as required by French accounting law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time: email listifyai.support@gmail.com, we answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, all traffic uses HTTPS and database access is restricted to our server functions.
9. Children
ListifyAI is not intended for anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will say so on this page and by email to account holders.
