In short: credits pay for AI generations, access starts immediately after payment, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and you keep the rights to what you create. Please contact us before disputing a charge: we answer every email.
1. The service
ListifyAI (listifyai.guru) provides AI tools for Etsy sellers (listing titles, descriptions and tags, product photos, short product videos and other tools) and free tools that work without an account. ListifyAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private and use one account per person. A new account receives 20 free credits once.
3. Credits
- Credits pay for AI generations. The cost of each feature is shown in the app before you generate.
- If a generation fails, its credits are given back automatically.
- Subscription credits are added at each billing period; unused credits stay in your account, including after you cancel.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars; taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or each year for annual plans) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard: you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid and you are not charged again. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Immediate access and the 14-day withdrawal right
When you buy a plan or credits, you ask us to give you access immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right as soon as you use a credit from that purchase (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If you have not used any credit from a purchase, you can still get a full refund within 14 days: see the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ListifyAI for anything illegal, upload images or text you do not have the right to use, try to abuse or overload the AI systems, create several accounts to get more free credits, or resell the service without our written permission.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload and to the listings, photos and videos you generate, and you may use them commercially. You give us only the limited right to process them to provide the service.
Connecting your Etsy shop
If you connect your Etsy shop, you allow ListifyAI to read your listings and to update the title, tags and description of a listing when you click “Apply on Etsy” (or “Apply all”). Nothing is changed in your shop without that click. You stay responsible for what is published in your shop. Reading and scoring your listings is free; an AI improvement costs 3 credits per listing. The number of Etsy shops you can connect depends on your plan (Free and Starter 1, Pro 2, Business 3, Creator 5); after a downgrade, the extra shops stay saved but can only be used again after an upgrade or once another shop is disconnected. You can disconnect at any time. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
8. AI-generated content
Results are produced by AI models and can contain mistakes. Check every result before publishing it, and make sure your listings and photos follow Etsy’s rules, including that photos accurately show the item you sell.
9. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a charge, email listifyai.support@gmail.com first: refund requests that meet the Refund Policy are accepted. If a charge is disputed with a bank, the account and its credits may be suspended while the dispute is open, and we may share with the payment provider the evidence that the service was used (usage history with dates, times and IP addresses).
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep ListifyAI available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ListifyAI is not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
11. Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
12. Changes
We will email account holders at least 30 days before any significant change to these terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
